the smoove
difference,
explained.

If you've been smoking value-tier pre-rolls in California, you already know the problem: they hit harsh, taste like cardboard, and burn unevenly. The question isn't "is the cheap stuff harsh." The question is why the cheap stuff is harsh — and whether it has to be.

It doesn't.

We built smoove because the math doesn't add up the way most value brands run it. A pre-roll can be both affordable AND smooth. Nobody was making that pre-roll, so we did.

what smoove actually is

smoove is a California-licensed pre-roll brand. Our hero product is a 28-pack of 0.5g pre-rolls — that's 14 grams of pre-rolled smoke in one box, the broadest pack lineup in the value tier. We also make 14-packs, 3-packs, 1.1g singles, a premium 5-pack, vape carts, and concentrates.

Every smoove pre-roll is built on real cannabis flower and real cannabis-derived terpenes, infused directly into the plant material before rolling. That's the standard formulation. The premium 5-pack adds sauce for higher THC.

what "terpene-infused" actually means

You see "terpene-infused" on a lot of pre-rolls. Most of the time it means a coating, a spray, or an additive that's stuck onto the outside of the pre-roll for flavor. That's not what we do.

Terpenes are the aromatic compounds that give each cannabis strain its smell and a big chunk of its character. Limonene makes a strain citrusy. Myrcene gives it that earthy, slightly sweet pine note. Pinene is sharp and bright. When you smell a strain that you like, what you're smelling is mostly its terpene profile.

We use natural cannabis-derived terpenes — extracted from cannabis itself, not synthesized in a lab or pulled from non-cannabis plants — and infuse them directly into the flower before it gets rolled. The terpenes don't sit on top of the smoke; they ride with it.

why we don't lead with thc%

Most value-tier pre-rolls fight on one number: THC percentage. The package shouts 35%, 45%, 50% — and the smoker assumes higher = better.

It's not that simple. Past a certain point, more THC just means more harshness, more cough, and a faster come-down. The smoke experience suffers. The flavor profile gets flattened. And the higher you push potency, the more likely the brand is using distillate or other concentrates to bump the number — which is exactly where the harsh hit comes from.

"smoothness first, thc second."

We obsess over the smoke. Real flower gives you the base. Real terpenes give you the flavor and a much smoother draw. We hit THC numbers we're proud of (27% on the standard line, 40% on the Smoove OG 3-pack, 45-47% on the premium 5-pack), but THC isn't the headline.

built for the everyday smoker

Smoove is for the smoker who buys a 28-pack on payday and rations it through the week. Who knows what a value-tier pre-roll usually tastes like, and is tired of it. Who'd buy premium if premium didn't cost three times as much.

That smoker shouldn't have to choose between affordable and smooth. With smoove they don't.

how to know if you're holding the real thing

Look for:

  • The smoove logo on the box — bold uppercase wordmark with the linked OO. If it doesn't say smoove, it isn't smoove.
  • "Terpene-infused" in the strain description. Every standard-line pre-roll is terpene-infused. The premium 5-pack adds "sauce-infused."
  • Pack size on the front — 28-pack, 14-pack, 5-pack, 3-pack, or single (1.1g).
  • California state license number on the side. We're licensed. The license is there.
  • Find us on Weedmapsweedmaps.com/brands/smoove shows every dispensary that carries the real thing.

tldr

smoove uses real flower and real cannabis-derived terpenes, infused before rolling, to make a value-tier pre-roll that doesn't burn your throat. We don't fight on THC%. We obsess over the smoke. Always smoove. Never harsh.
